It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Sue Kelsey of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Avril "Bart" Hill and Mary Humphrey Hill; her former spouse Highway Patrol of Missouri; her husband Captain Ed Kelsey; her son Dr. Brent Easley; and her siblings, Barbara Weaver and Richard Hill.

She is survived by: her children, Carolan Hand (Terry), Brian Easley and Brenda Burden; her grandsons, Russell Hand, Kipp Easley (Dawn), Bart Hand (Lindsey), Sergeant Grant Easley and Cole Easley; and her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Adam Easley, Harrison and Sophia Hand.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
