He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Owen Wilbanks and Fannie Devere Hartman Wilbanks; and his sister Wilma Lee Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Janet Simpson and Lynn Wilbanks; his grandchildren, Kenny Wayne, Jeanie, Kevin, Vanessa, Keith, Tony, Christal, Tiffany, Chassity, Justin and Preston; and his sister Helen Elizabeth Drumright. He is also survived by forty-three great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
