With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elberta Biltoft (West Plains, Missouri), born in Knobel, Arkansas, who passed away on April 21, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Rowe; her children, Nancy Gregory and Johnnie Rowe; her parents, John Eli and Bessie Gleghorn (Fernimen); and her siblings, Donald, John, Danny Gleghorn, Carmen Wood and Dorothy Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Neff of West Plains, MO. and Steven Rowe of California; and her sister Rosalee Wonger of Coolidge, AZ.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
