It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Cletus Wake of West Plains, Missouri, born in Vanzant, Missouri, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Wake and Essie Collins Wake; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Wake. He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Duane Wake (Christina), Darrell Wake (Jessie), Marty Wake and Mark Wake; his siblings, Glenn Wake (Violet), Lavon Pliler, Edna Storms and Marilyn Howell (Dalton); his grandson Brian Wake; and his siblings, E. J. Wake, Vetress Bruffet, Virginia Strickland and Neiva McCracken. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
