He is survived by: his wife Alice Gay Case; his sons, Randall Combs (Beckie) of Alton, Kendall Combs (Pat) of Branson and Michael Combs (Sandy) of Branson, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Ashley Stiles (Brett) of Springfield, Austin Combs of Alton, Chris Combs (Molly) of Rogersville, Craig Combs (Bess) of Branson, Missouri, Carolyn Clark (Aaron) of Branson, Missouri, Kayli Price (Dustin) of Branson, Missouri and Kelsey Howerton (Jared) of Branson, Missouri. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; other relatives; and a host of friends.
