He is survived by: his parents, Dixie Lee Cauldwell (Wilbourn) of Cabool and Herschel Cauldwell; his sisters, Sandra Lovan (Gary) of Willow Springs and Cynthia Dickman (Paul) of Rogersville; his daughters, Stephanie and June; his aunt Delores Jeffers; and his close friend Lisa Watson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
