He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Collins and Esther Collins Collins; his siblings, Homer, Thurlo, Norman, Melvin Collins and Barbara Stillwell; his sons-in-law, William Barks, Mike Sanders and David Collins; and his grandson Anson Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Lewin Collins; his children, Ricky Collins (Charlene), Timmy Collins (Tina), Linda Barks (Ricky), Sheila Sanders (Mike), Brenda Aul, Debbie Barks, Deward Collins, Jr. (Lindsey), Teresa Brewood (T. J.), Rachel Redburn (Rolin), Chris Collins (Dale) and Jessie Collins (David); and his sister-in-law Linda Collins. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifty plus great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
