He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Simpson; his father-in-law Jim; and his close friend George Skaggs. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mae Smallwood Simpson; his wife Gina Simpson; his sons, Bradley Simpson (Kasey) of West Plains and Travis Simpson (Kari) of West Plains; his grandchildren, Addison, Austin, Anna, Gage and Axel; his siblings, Jimmy Simpson, Joe Simpson, Brenda Brotherton (Doug), Cathy Klein and Karen Coursey; his great-niece Alison Barnes; and his mother-in-law Bonnie Davis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
