He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dee Flemens and Daisy Blackwell Flemens; his wife Marlene Flemens; his former wife Rita Salama (Gary Pape); his grandsons, Michael Dickinson (Cyndal) and Daniel Dickinson; his great grandchildren, Madison and Brayden Dickinson; his cousin Louise Tolivar; and his brother Donald Flemens.
