He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Pearl Sloan. He is survived by: his parents, Alice Sloan and Gary Ross; his wife Missy Hibbitts; his son Jacob Petrus (Makenna Snodgrass); his siblings, Damon Keough and Dawn Slack (Ryan); his parents-in-law, Dennis and Barbara Franks; his siblings-in-law, Denny Franks and Sonya Stauffer (Andy); his niece Kiah Van Veen; his nephews, Seth York, Will and Sam Stauffer; and his close friend Ruby.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
