He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Beatrice Bunner Foster; his daughter Alicia Foster; his stepson Jason Combs; and his siblings, John Foster, Billy Foster, Joey Foster, Wilber Foster and Dianna Canning.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Martin Foster; his children, Christina Foster, Clifford Foster, Jr., Jennifer Foster and Sean Foster; his stepson Nathan Combs; his brothers, Jimmy Foster, Terry Foster, Bobby Foster and Kenny Foster; his grandchildren, Dylan Wheeler, Anthony Young, Clifford Foster, Alicia Foster and Serenity Hayes; and his stepgrandchildren, Lyndee Combs, Kennedy Combs, Aiden Mueller, Owen Combs, Jaxon Combs and Clayton Combs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
