She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jess Shaffer and Lilly Shaffer; her children, Tammy Marshell, Penny of Colorado, Chris Shipley (Sheryl), Cindy Eckenrode, Missy Callender (Sherman) and Bill Noll; her grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron, Timmy, Josh, Brianna, Sherlaina, Sabrina, Cianna, Nolen, Jason, Randa, Brook and Brad; and her son-in-law Roger Marshell. She was also cherished by thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
