Julian (Weston) and Charlie Lampley (Melanie); his great grandchildren, Kylar Lambert, Tristyn Lambert, Kallie Julian, Charles Lampley, Jr. and Kenzi Perkins; and his siblings, Roy Provow (Mona), Celia Hart, Allie Davidson, Frank, Erbie and Eugene Provow. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
