He was predeceased by: his parents, Loie Allen and Eunice Evelyn Jones Allen; and his sister Loretta. He is survived by: his children, Mitch Allen (Jessica), David Allen (Kelli), Stacey Allen and Lee Allen (Sandy); his sisters, Sandy Waggoner (Jerry) and Judy Beck; and his pet Keecee. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
