He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Casus Baird and Jessie Marie Baird. He is survived by: his brother Sonny; his wife Helen Baird of West Plains, Missouri; his children, John Baird (Melissa), Daniel Baird (Megan) and Sarah Coats (Andy); his granddaughters, Katie and Emma Coats; his siblings, Lee Baird (Debbie) of Williford, Arkansas, Anna Jane Quinn of Olympia, Washington, Deanna Kern (Tom) of York, Pennsylvania, Marvine Kudis (Gary) of Rockville, Maryland and Susie Buchanan (Vincent) of Livingston, Texas; his brothers-in-law, Johnny Leyland (Kay) of Herman, Danny Leyland (Phyllis) of Sparta and Davy Leyland (Cindy) of Gladstone, Missouri; and his uncle Thomas Baird of Searcy. He is also survived by several cousins, and nieces and nephews.
