He is survived by: his children, Carl W. Daily (Brenda) of Kansas City, Ernest N. Daily (Melissa) of West Plains and Chrisitina Daily; his sister Sue Jenkins (Short) of Ruter, Missouri; his grandchildren, Zachary Daily (Kenna), Elizabeth Smith (Victoria), Chris Daily (Tabby), John Daily (Leann), Hila Daily, Linda Clark and David Daily (Christina); and his pet Spike. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
