Puckett, Jordan Puckett (Kris Buchinsky), Victoria Sletten (Justin Piatt), Jordan Sletten (Haley), Justin Sletten, Dakota Sletten (Catherine) and Holly Bise; her son Brian; and her brothers, Ronald and Donnie. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
