She was predeceased by: her father Dewey "Duane" Hensley. She is survived by: her mother Marie Sawyer Hensley; her husband Jim Guilliams; her children, Mary Ann Kenslow (Scott), Sarah Janchyshyn (Michael) and James Adam Guilliams (Allison); her grandchildren, Isaac, Avery, Caleb, Connor, Addison, Heidi and James David; and her sister Lois Frazier (Rick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
