She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sisco and Mary Lee Simpson Sisco; her brother Delmar Sisco; and her niece Debbie Rocha. She is survived by: her husband Huey Seilhan; her sister Carolyn Owens; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lavonda Lawson (Johnny), Donnie Owens (Maria), Mike Sisco (Stephanie) and Lisa Cofield.
