He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervil Adam and Edith Watkins Guilliams; and his sister Mary Frances Dancer. He is survived by: his wife Alice Guilliams; his daughters, Debbie Hale (Doug) and Rhonda Reece (Kyle Allen); his grandsons, John Hale (Candice), Jacob Hale (Alaina), Josh Wilkins (Bobbie), David Reece (Kelsey) and Daniel Reece; and his siblings, Jim Guilliams (Cindi), Donnie Holloway (Vernon) and Quada Youngblood. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
