She is survived by: her daughters, Cecil Earl Blackshire and Otilla Embry Blackshire; her close friend Marvin Fowler (Bettye); her son Rex (Street); her husband Marvin; her son Richard Tilden Fowler; her daughter-in-law Barbara Roll Fowler of Fayette, Missouri; her daughter Robin Elizabeth Fowler Lee; her son-in-law Rod Lee of Camano Island, Washington; her grandson Rex Fowler of Hartford, Connecticut; her son-in-law James 'Jim Mauer of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Ryan Fowler (Emily), Tommy Mauer, Dane Fowler, David Mauer (Kristin) and Melanie Mauer; her great grandchildren, Cora Fowler and Bayleigh Fowler; her nephews, John Jeffrey Scroggin and William Earl Scroggin; and her niece Phyllis Scroggin McKuin.
