She was predeceased by: her parents, Max R. Dern and Mildred June Moore Dern; and her sister-in-law Frances Anstine. She is survived by: her son Jeff Anstine (Sherry); her grandchildren, Jessika Hatten (Shay), Reece Anstine (Kelsie Orr), Tiffany Grogan (Benny) and Zach Stokes (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Stetson of West Plains, Maguire Stokes of West Plains, Daxtyn Grogan of West Plains and Ellis Orr of West Plains; her sisters, Mildred Ball (Larry) and Velva Tharp (Bob); her sister-in-law Bridgett Dern; her friend Haley Williams; her son Randy Anstine; her brother Ray Dern; and her siblings-in-law, Pete, Dale, Don Anstine and Rosalee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Homeland Cemetery, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
