She is survived by: her daughter Lois Hensley Frazier (Rick); her grandchildren, Mary Ann Guilliams Kenslow (Scott), Sarah Guilliams Janchyshyn (Michael), Jessica Joice Frazier (Clint Warren), Christy Frazier Englehart (Paul), Alison Frazier Head (Danny) and James Adam Guilliams (Allison); her great grandchildren, Isaac, Caleb, Connor, James David, Dalton, Noah, Avery, Addison, Heidi Marie and Sydney; her sisters, Mary Lou Wilson and Bet Gwaltney; her sisters-in-law, Vivion Ketron and Nina Hensley-Antel; and her son-in-law Jim Guilliams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
