He is survived by: his wife Loretta Collins; his children, Kevin Collins (Shannon) of West Plains and Kimberly Collins Powell (Cody) of West Plains; his grandchildren, Jordan Collins (Groundhog), Kendra Collins Romine (Ida Red), Charlie and Owen Cline Powell (O. C.); and his niece Duanella Roe (Sissy).
