She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L. Kimball and Laura Gregory Kimball; her daughter Dorothy Forbes; and her siblings, Dorothy Launier, Ruthie Kimball, Ernest L. Kimball and Shirley Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband William Prewitt; and her children, John Prewitt (Martha), Robert Prewitt (Lourdes), San Juan, Puerto Rico and George Prewitt (Sue). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; forty-four great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
