It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara June Young (West Plains, Missouri), born in Prescott, Arkansas, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Bo; her parents, George Whitten and Grace Whitten (Staggs); her sons, Bruce Clayton Young, Glen Allen Young and Frank Douglas Young; her grandson Shane Young; and her great grandchild Lane Young.
She is survived by: her daughters, Grace Ailene Frick of Pottersville and Ramona Wright of West Plains, Missouri.; and her grandchildren, Paige Wichern, Matthew Young, Jessica Mann, Grant Young, Zachary Wright, Alison Pearson, Daniel Young, Caleb Young, Roman Young and Hannah Gleason. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Liberty Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery Fund and can be left at the funeral home.
