She is survived by: her close friend Gale Turner; her children, Teresa Lynn Uminn (Douglas) of West Plains, David Russell Cook (Crystal) of West Plains and Isobel Mae Cook of West Plains; her grandchildren, Lauren Brassfield (Jared), Megan Uminn, Mason, Ravin and Hayden Cook; her great grandchildren, Judd and Isla Brassfield; her brother Jim Jolliff (Pat); and her son Michael Wayne Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
