He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Walter and Elsie Vina "Gunter" Wade; his grandson Zayne LeeAdam Peterson; and his siblings, Rosalee Ryan, Dianna Hoagland and Lawrence Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wade; his children, Rodney Wade (Tabatha), Ricke Wade (Jackie) and Renetta Wade Peterson (Shayne); his grandchildren, Denver Wade (Lisa), Lacy Fox (Rick), Johna Wade, Summer Freeman (Matthew), Sydney Wade, Stone Peterson, Shayleeana Peterson, Memphis, Monroe, Marshall Wade, Rylie, Stetson, Sawyer Fox, Huxley, Avett Freeman, Maverick and Draxton Wade; his siblings, Clydene Strader, Marylene Romans, Vonda Johnson, Joy Strawn, James Wade and Warren Wade; and his sisters-in-law, Dora Lloyd, Virginia Puckett, Wilma Joyce Puckett and Wilma Jean Puckett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
