He is survived by: his wife Marsha Richards; his mother Jeanette Richards of O'Fallon, MO; his children, Jeremiah J. Richards (Sarah) of Topeka, KS, Paul W. Richards (Shelby) of Grainvalley, MO, David P. Richards (Jane) of Benicia, CA, Jacob V. Richards of Wentzville, MO and Sarah J. (Marcus); his granddaughters, Elizabeth A. Tomasi (Ric) of Plymouth, MA, Katherine R. Onyia (Vince) of Wentzville, MO and Rebekah J. Lesinski (Trevor) of Wentzville, MO; and his sisters, Peggy Freiberger (John) of Florissant, MO and Mary Ann Learned (Al) of Flint, TX. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
