He was predeceased by: his father William "B. W." Wade Holt. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Holt; his mother Bernadine Holt; his children, Christopher "Chris" Holt (Rebecca) of Warrenton, MO, Jennifer Holt and Stefanie Danhaus (Michael) of Wentzville, MO; his siblings, Mike Holt (June) of Warrenton, MO, Mark Holt (Michelle) of Washington, MO, Steve Holt of Warrenton, MO, Matt Holt (Megan) of Jonesburg, MO and Beth Holt (George Pickett) of Wright City, MO; and his grandchildren, Coleman, Cohen, Conner, Hunter, Keaton, Austin, Everett, Madelynn and Audrey.
