It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Palmer of Wentzville, Missouri, born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harlean, Floyd Smith, Sr., Angeline and Herman Koenigs. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and good friends.
