He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis W. Slotten and Rose E. Slotten of Lakeview, Ohio.; his brother Larry Slotten; and his daughter-in-law JulieAnne Slotten. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Stephen K. Slotten (JulieAnne), Juliane R. Ross (Dave) and Jessica N. Stergos (Luke); his grandchildren, Landon, Jordan, Kai and Koa; and his pets, Joe, Buddy and Grady.
