As Stephen departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Stephen leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Bynum; and his parents, Jay Bynum and Marjorie Bynum. He is survived by: his children, Stephen M. Bynum (Karen) and Kathy O'Connell (Mike); his grandchildren, Emily Berry (Austin), Patrick Bynum (Havanna) and Erin O'Connell; and his sisters, Sally Thomas and Judy Truax (Ron).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - St Charles (620 Jefferson St, St Charles, MO 63301).
Memorials may be made in Stephen 's name to Mid-America Transplant Service.
