She is survived by: her husband John Carter; her daughters, Joyce Yvonne Corbin (Austin) of Lexington, Sharon Dale Tick (Rick) of Wentzville and Merita Joy LaPlante (Bruce) of Hammond; and her sisters, Della Lee Gobin of Providence and Joyce Ray Akridge of Ocala. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
