He is survived by: his fiancée Helen Borgmann of Florissant, MO; his children, Gina Biancardi, Scott Biancardi (Marileste), Doug Borgmann (Caroline) and Jenn Bagin (Steve); his siblings, Nancy Brown (Jim), Michael Decher (Laura), Donna Coleman (Steve) and Dennis Decher (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Brandon McNamee (Cassie), Justin Biancardi, Rylee Bagin, Clara Borgmann, Anna Bagin and Ben Borgmann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
