He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn E. Birlew. He is survived by: his father George E. Birlew; his wife Sandra Birlew (Kulikowski); his son Jeffrey Birlew (Andrea Thomas); his grandchildren, CJ and Chloe; and his sister Cheryl Mullen. He is also survived by 6 In-laws, 15 Nephews and Nieces, 16 Great Nephews and Nieces and Great-Great Nephews.
