He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith (Usery) of Wentzville, Missouri; his children, Laura Myers (Eric) and Paul Smith (Dorothy); his sister Lucy Longinotti; his grandchildren, Colin Myers (Catherine), Samantha Dreith (Jonathon), Lucas Smith and Karson Smith; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Myers, Rachel Myers, Elizabeth Myers and Liam Dreith.
