He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Floyd" Howdeshell and Freda Leigh Howdeshell (Brinkman); his wife Dolores Schuleter; his son Michael L. Pollard; his siblings, John Howdeshell, Sr. (Ruby), William Howdeshell (Alberta), Lavern Howdeshell, Willena Brach (Herbert) and Floy Allen (Bill); his son-in-law Jerry Emert; and his nephew Johnnie Lee Howdeshell.
He is survived by: his children, Dale R. Howdeshell, Brenda K. Emert, Wayne Shafer (Pam), Elaine M. Howdeshell and Douglas C. Pollard; and his daughter-in-law Kim Pollard. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pitman Funeral Home (1545 Wentzville Pkwy, Wentzville, MO 63385). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
