He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jefferson Duncan and Helen Lorene Duncan; and his brother Gene Duncan. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Duncan of Wentzville, Missouri; his children, David Duncan (Laura) and Rhonda McCabe (Edward); and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Brett, Ben and Chris.
