We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2024, at the age of 84, Richard Payne of Wentzville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Payne and Ruth Payne; and his siblings, Kenneth Payne, Mildred "June" Quillen and Juanita Caldwell.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Payne; his children, John Payne of St. Cloud, FL, Vicki Clausner (Daniel) of Troy, MO and Karyline Mueller (Robert) of Wentzville, MO; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Josh, Tim, Brandon, Luke, Kari and Caitlyn. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
