He is survived by: his parent Joseph Louise Hummel (Mills); his children, Raymond Hummel Jr. and Scott Hummel (Jill); his grandchildren, Raymond Hummel, III, Sian Hummel, Devynn Hummel, Alyssa Hummel, Aaron Hummel, Drake Hummel and Dava Hummel; and his siblings, John Hummel, Tom Hummel (Angie), Joyce Williams (Gary) and Betty Hummel.
