She was predeceased by: her husband Charles T. Samuel; her parents, John Willis and Lucy Willis (Smith); her children, Michael Kachadorian and Sophia Mueller; her siblings, Elvin Creech, Dallas Creech, Odell Creech, Algi Creech and Doris Wingfield; and her brother-in-law Jerry Dickenson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Willette (Ed) of Foristell, MO, Linda Wiesner (Ken) of Wentzville, MO and Marsha Dickenson of St. Ann, MO; her stepdaughters, Lisa Thomas (Ed) of Robertsville, MO and Tammy Iler of Robertsville, MO; her close friend Carl Herzberg, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Curtis, Brandon, Mark, Tim, Michael, Jr., Kris, Kenny, Scott, MaLinda, Kelly, Amy, Heather, Samantha, Michael, Ryan, Jacob, Kylie, Cynthia, Dakota, Dillon, Jessica, Sam and Andi. She is also survived by 44 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
