She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Hoer of Innsbrook, Missouri; her children, Mark Hoer, Timothy Hoer, Daniel Hoer, Michael Hoer and Kathryn Scroggs Nee (Walter "Trip"); her grandchildren, Melissa Scroggs-Schmeck (Eric), Jennifer Scroggs, Alexis Scroggs and Alex Hoer (Jess) of Jordan Hoer; her great grandchildren, Hayden Bright, Oscar Scroggs-Shmeck and Alaina Bright of Celia Corona; her father William Shire; and her siblings, Billie Mae Maxwell and Mike Shire.
