He was predeceased by: his son Tyler Carlson; and his close friend Patti Perrone. He is survived by: his parents, Gustave Carlson and Thelma Carlson; his daughter Lindsay Zeiter (Ted); his grandsons, Theodore and Henry; his brothers, Dale Carlson (Becky) and Brian Carlson (Angela); his nephew Eric Carlson; and his nieces, Sloane Wefelmeyer and Reis Carlson.
