He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Meyer. He is survived by: his spouse Tomi Meyer of Wentzville, Missouri; his father Greg Meyer; his son Chase Meyer; and his sisters, Tina Ryan (Cory) and Kimberly Dill (Christopher). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests no flowers.
