It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Brakensiek (Wentzville, Missouri), who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wortmann and Evelyn Wortmann; and her sisters, Ethel Sommer, Kathleen Giesmann and Laverne Vehige.
She is survived by: her husband David Brakensiek; her children, Philip Brakensiek (Carla), Fred Brakensiek (Jill) and Jennifer Brakensiek; her grandchildren, Henry, Natalie, Anna and Matthew; and her siblings, Rosella Schneider, Lucille Rothermich, Virginia Reller, Millie Eisenbath, Margie Wortmann, Barbara Schneider (Marty), Carolyn Richardson, James Wortmann and Joseph Wortmann (Barb).
