She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxamillion "Max" Fischer and Elsie Elizabeth Fischer (Bauldauf); her husband Dwayne B. Cowell; and her son Paul Vogler. She is survived by: her daughters, Louise Glenn (Dale) of Wentzville, MO and Sue Vogler of Troy, MO; and her daughter-in-law Julie Vogler. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Cowell family to assist with funeral expenses.
