She was predeceased by: her parents, John Siemsen and Anna Siemsen (Don D. Strong); her siblings, Herman Siemsen, Gertrude Cundiff, Mildred Hanaberry, Dorothy Smith and Margaret Mehl; and her grandchildren, Angela and Rick Zajic.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Zajic of Iola, KS, Vicki Wideman of Wentzville, MO and Layton Strong (Shelley) of Pleasant Valley, MO; her daughter-in-law Mary Lacy; and her grandchildren, Teresa Althoff (Mark), Rae Moulton (Donnie), Cathi Bornhop (Randy), John Graeler (Mitzie), Lisa Smith (Troy), Doug Wideman and Dennis Wideman (Candy). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren.
