He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Jenny and Benjamin Franklin Walker; his son Steve Walker; and his siblings, Billy Walker (late Betty) and G. W. Walker (late Patsy).
He is survived by: his spouse Neita Faye Walker; his children, Chris Walker (Tammy) and Leisa Wilson (Keith); his grandchildren, Christina (Gary), Steve (Alicia), Mike, Taylor (Cody) and Bailey; his great grandchildren, William, Briella, Lynley, Quinn, Archer and Audrey; and his brother Lowell Thomas Walker (late Leona).
Memorials may be made in Charles's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
