It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Layola Jean Marren in Wentzville, Missouri, born in Hermann, Missouri, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Moyers and Emma Christine Moyers (Neimeyer); her children, Glennon Marren Jr., James Marren and Linda Neunaber; her sister Doris Fosnaugh; and her sons-in-law, John Piel and Lynn Kelsick.

She is survived by: her spouse Glennon W. Marren, Sr.; her children, Janet Piel of Wentzville, MO, Tina Kuhlmann (Paul) of St. Joseph, MO, Michael Marren (Shelley) of Wright City, MO, John Marren of St. Louis, MO, Jonie Marren-Slaughter (Jeff) of Lake Sherwood, MO and Mary Ann Marren of Washington, MO; her grandchildren, Angela, Douglas, Jackie, John, Crystal, Lisa, Kelly, Katie, James, Jr., Jeffrey, Leslie, Melissa, Paul, Jr., Gregory, Christopher, Tabitha, Mike, Nicole, Jessica, Tim, Tara, Tessa and Tyler; her nephew Floyd Fosnaugh (Geri); her niece Diane Baldwin; and her son-in-law Victor Neunaber. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
